DEDie Dachterrasse zum Essen und Chillen war gut. Dass wir das Zimmer am Abreisetag bis 13:00 Uhr nutzen konnten, war toll.
Es gab 2 Tage keine frischen Handtücher, da der Wäschservice nicht kam. So hatten wir zu zweit nur ein Duschtuch.

El hotel no le hacen mantenimiento hace mucho tiempo El restaurante que queda en la terraza un desastre, los cojines de los sofás sucios, un olor a orine desde que entras a la terraza que no se puede sentar en el bar,termina con un olor a aceite de restaurante que no cambian en un año. Los platos para el desayuno llenos de grasa !! Moscas por todo lado, súper pobre el desayuno, no tenían tostadora, solo unos cuantos cereales y el olor a aceite !! Mis hijos no quisieron desayunar y tuvimos que ir a un Starbucks. No había toallas en las habitaciones, perdimos toallas y nos dijeron que la encargada no llega hasta las 6 de la tarde y que no podían darnos hasta que llegue la encargada ( así que uno no puede bañarse hasta que ellos decida) en un lugar cerca de la playa !!! Los baños súper sucios, las puertas de vidrio no cerraban y el agua de la ducha salía y moraba todo el piso, la regadera todo tapada por el sarro que cuando encendías la ducha regaba el agua por todo lado menos en el centro. CZThe room was good, spacious, AC was working. The rooftop area was quite nice to chill at, you get a nice view and it has a potential.
The building need some proper maintenance and renovation on the balcony, staircase and roof. Everything is rusty, the filling in the railing is a rope that’s falling apart. The roof on the rooftop is leaking. The access road is a dirt road with big holes and the access to the hotel isn’t marked. All of that does not make a good first impression. When checking-in we didn’t get any information. Where to find the bar, buffet (we had all-inclusive), what options do we have at the hotel, etc. Also, its a hotel where there were only internationals and half the staff didn’t speak English. On top of that we regret very much paying for all-inclusive. The offer on the bar isn’t very long. That would be a problem, if they have everything they offer. Every day, there would be always something missing. The buffet was the worst buffet we ever experienced. I’m sorry to say that. But the quality of the good was on a level of a school canteen. Meat was always overcooked, rice was”decorated” with cubes of frozen vegetables, the leftovers from the previous day were clearly mixed in the new dishes next day. The pasta was prepared with all disrespect to Italian pasta you can collect on the way from Rome to Tulum. We were of the impression that the sauce was made from instant powder. If you stay in this hotel, we strongly recommend to not to book any food here and just eat in the city. There’s lot of awesome restaurants for fair money. One more thing, that should be mentioned in the description on Booking is, that the cenote doesn’t really belong to the hotel and you have to pay an entrance fee and the bar and restaurant you also pay extra. That’s not what we expected, when we were booking this hotel.

FRUSStaff were amazing, super helpful and friendly. Inside of the hotel was super cute.
Outside of the hotel looked pretty rundown. And the pool is super small. I also had a flea in the room at least one that I saw.
MXLa alberca, aunque pequeña siempre estuvo limpia y deliciosa el agua, además de tener un horario amplio. La terraza es bella y tiene una vista impresionante. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y las camas súper confortables, siempre hubo agua caliente, aire acondicionado y no falló ningún servicio. El personal de recepción atento y agradable.
Ofrecen 3 alimentos: desayuno, buffet de snack (comida) y cena, más aparte el servicio de barra. Nos tocaron al principio unos alimentos que no se veían tan apetecibles (parecían como la sobra de la comida anterior) y muy poca variedad, pero al final de nuestra estancia mejoraron mucho esos aspectos, al final comimos muy rico!
MXUne honte publicité mensongère ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. Chambre deluxe c'est une blague. Accueil horrible verres sales emplacement horrible en dirait une déchetterie. Sincèrement ne réservé pas là-bas je vous déconseille vraiment. Ont a pris 3 nuit ont est restés 1 jour ont c'est sauvés. D'ailleurs booking continuer de ne pas répondre a mes réclamations je vais pas laisser cela ainsi
