Avenue Deluxe Hotel

A parkolás ingyenes van hely mindig. A tengerpart kicsit messze van kb. fél km. viszont a központ közel van 10 perc séta.

A belső szobában lévő ágy szuper kényelmes, a másik kinti ágy viszont nagyon kényelmetlen volt. A személyzet nem mosolyog, csak teszi a dolgát, sőt néha lekezelően is viselkedtek. Tisztelet a kivételnek. A bárban lévő egyik srác nagyon kedves a másik, alacsonyabb fiatal közönyös, sose mosolyog. Volt egyik nap pizza sütés, mondtam hogy én vegetáriánus vagyok, de azt mondták nincs vega pizza, pedig csak annyit kértem hogy ne tegyen rá szalámit, ennyit nem tudtak megcsinálni, így én nem tudtam pizzát enni. Takarítás nulla, mi 'loptuk' el a seprűt és takarítottunk össze egyik nap. Törölközőt is úgy kellett kérni tisztát.

Bed uncomfortable, walls from paper, sewer smell

Piscina ok, pool bar ok. Mancarea cat de cat variata si se respecta programul de masa. Paturi confortabile, camere spatioase, balcon.

Din punctul meu de vedere este hotel de 2*. Curatenia lasa de dorit. Au schimbat prosoapele si lenjeria o singura data intr-o saptamana, au dat cu mopul doar daca le-am spus eu. Usa la baie nu se inchidea. Am facut sesizare, a zis un domn ca vine a doua zi sa o repare si n-a mai venit o saptamana. La masa plin de muste care bazaiau mancarea. Cafeaua execrabila! Locul de joaca cu toate rupte (leagane, tobogan, bancute etc). Parcare 12 leva / zi.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Not one person speak English, food vile&cold, staff rude, no entertainment on at night at all, wasted nearly 3k for 10 nights & I regret it. Room never moped we had to rip bedding of for them to change it, and the clearer tutted at us for doing so, gave us from room on arrival. Avenue deluxe you should be ashamed how you treat the English tourist in your hotel, if your English definitely don’t go there, they give you horrible dirty looks & we got spoken about, we didn’t feel welcome at all.. out of the 10 days been here we didn’t get a sun lounger due to spiteful people what came out at 5/6 in a morning to our towels down. But went out for day and didn’t Evan use the loungers! Most of the sun lounger’s were broken but not moved. 1 member of staff was particularly rude to a member of my party about a cup near pool which wasn’t hers but never complained about anyone else about glasses and cups everyday he shoots dirty looks no matter how polite we’ve been we say good morning, evening still nothing all we get is don’t understand we’ve even used translator still same. Cleaners use the pool water to wash the loungers and there sweeping pans to bring water to wash the floors so the excess mucky water runs back In to the pool which is disgusting. Had to buy cups so could have a coffee of a morning because we can’t bring cups to our room but different rules for all other non English guest….. If you have kids I wouldn’t recommend coming here nothing for kids to do, no food for kids at all.. also had my boxer shorts pinched, Very strange hotel I wouldn’t bother going I give these a 0 star rating. Poolview what pool view…. Never again!!
