Avenue Deluxe Hotel

Готель робив все, щоб мій відпочинок пройшов на відмінно. І йому це вдалось. Смачна їжа, освіжаючі коктейлі, ввічливий персонал, дуже комфортний номер.

Що закінчилася відпустка.

We stayed 4 nights at the Avenue Deluxe Hotel. Hotel was cozy and food was nice. Hotel manager was making us feel very welcome and was very professional and customer oriented and helpful specially during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice experience.

I arrived with my girlfriend at this hotel two days ago and to be honest, it was the most HORRIBLE vacation I've ever had When we checked in, we found a room full of the wet napkins used by others before us hidden under the bed and with the extremely sticky parquet, it probably hadn't been washed on the floor for some time We went to our first meal where there are several choices, some things are bad, old and tasteless my girlfriend and I got sick from this deplorable food Then it was time to go home because we didn't come to spend much time It was time to check out, which was at 12 o'clock, here we were 8 minutes late, but the man from the reception nervously came to our room and started pounding the wall with his fist, telling me that we were late, this being at 11:50, it wasn't even after 12 Then I went to the reception and normally I held accountable the man who came and punched me and then called a gentleman and they started cursing us both in Bulgarian besides that, anyway, they have no idea how to speak English, only one lady speaks a little, but otherwise they are 0 on everything I do not recommend this experience to anyone, even if they pay me, I will never come here again in my life and I encourage you to think twice about entering such a hotel....

We had a nice two room bedroom facing the pool. Pool is nice and it had few cabanas also. There were always free loungers even up until 12. The hotel looks cozy and romantic. We loved sitting in the restaurant/pool area at evenings like many other people. It was like being in a cozy pub. There is an abandoned club right next to the hotel, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it. Lots of unfinished buildings in Sunny Beach anyways. The area felt safe and there is a good size supermarket right around the corner. If you want to go to the tourist shops and restaurants you just cross the main street of Sunny Beach and there you are. About 200m. To the beach you have to walk about 800-1000 meters, but it is very doable when you find your chosen path. The manager and the crew in the restaurant worked hard and everything worked great. The restaurant has nice atmosphere with music. They could lower the volume a little and it would be perfect. The food is pretty normal AI, some are good and some not. We always found something to eat. But true that they could add tomato sauce to the pizzas and some of the foods were over/undercooked sometimes. One Gordon Ramsay visit and this place would be kicking because there isn't nothing wrong with the menu itself. Just little fine tuning how to cook different kind of meats. Veggie foods were great. I don't understand why people are so negative. You get what you pay for and this hotel does what it says on the tin can. If you want to pay more, have more food options etc. book a hotel without AI or more expensive like Melia Sunny Beach which is great, but expensive.

Remek volt, ha egy szóval kellene jellemezni. A szálloda, a medence, a bár, az étterem teljesen rendben volt. A személyzet és a vezető segítőkész és minden helyzetben talál megoldást! A család minden tagja talált minden étkezésnél kedvére valót. Minden étkezésnél volt édesség és gyümölcs is. Ajánlom mindenkinek, remélem, hogy jövőre is sikerül eljutnunk ide! Nagyon szépen köszönünk mindent! :)
