Welcoming staff; very cute hotel! Comfortable bed, great amenities.

Amazing place, comfortable and homey. The he staff is friendly and accommodating.

The room with the wheelchair accessibility felt a bit like we were in a dungeon. The service and the surrounding grounds were both wonderful. We were only disappointed in the room, and therefore, the cost of that room.

Staff was great. Nice breakfast. Facility needs improvements to be called Leading Hotel - Bathroom shower needs lip to prevent massive leaking. Needs full length mirror somewhere in room. Could use more self space in bathroom which is room but empty. Considering cost, facility doesn't meet expectations.

Cutest hotel with the most attentive and helpful staff that I’ve ever experienced! From opening the door when we came in to on the spot recommendations for dining and secret little sunset viewing spots. Cozy and quaint, this place lifted our first Carmel experience!

Very quiet location. Aesthetically pleasing. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Comfortable room and large bathroom.

Only had one of those tabletop ironing boards, which is disappointing for a high quality property. No dedicated parking.

Wonderful staff and very nice property. With that said, one of the smallest hotel rooms I have been in, about the size of a farmer’s market tent.
