My family and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of the property. They had everything you could need for your vacation to be comfortable. Beach access was a huge plus and it's only a few steps away. All in all, I would love to stay here again and I recommend it to everyone.

We were very happy with our stay. We were able to fit 6 people comfortably, it was close to the beach, we had an ocean view from the third floor, and were able to walk to many shops and restaurants and activities. I would stay here again.

Very up to date, beautiful outside and in, loved the options for games to be played downstairs and the use of the bikes. The only improvement that I would suggest is pillows, but that could just be a preference. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was perfect for our family. The accommodations were very clean and well supplied and the property was well maintained.

Property was very nice and clean. The elevator is extremely slow and the door lock operations are suspect.

At first look the building and area is very nice. The parking is off and trying to roll a suitcase through the stone driveway was not easy. The suite was clean and very appealing. Very close to the beach - walking distance. Finding the QR code though placed simply was hard to find, why wasn't it in the book? The cabinet between the beds was convenient for the remotes but there was not a lamp or charging /outlet close to the beds. The bathroom was clean but the door opening into the bathroom made using the sink a bit annoying as the door continuely swung into the bathroom so it had to be closed regardless of what you were doing. The noise from the 2nd floor and the entertainment area downstairs felt like we were surrounded. The 2nd floor tenants stomped around till all hours of the night making it hard to get good night's sleep. It's a lovely place but seems to be missing some basic things. I would consider staying here again and I will recommend it to my friends but I would tell them to not stay on the 1st floor. I hope the driveway and parking area would eventually get paved. Oh and make it clear if and when the pool is completed at the other location that All tenants can go there to relax and swim. That would be great!

The property was really nice. Close to beach and downtown Surf City. Customer service was excellent and quick. I would give it 5 stars, but we did not get a good nights sleep the whole time we stayed there. We did not hear any noise from rooms on either side of us, but above (ceiling) noise was horrible. We were on the 1st floor above parking. It sounded like a constant herd of elephants passing over our bed every night. I spoke to the rental agency who takes care of the property (BlueStar Real Estate) about it and they said that they had received other complaints about this noise problem in our building. They also said that the new building that was just finished down the street from the one where we stayed had resolved the issue for noise above and below the rooms which is good news. BlueStar Real Estate also told us that if we had called early in our visit, they could have moved us, but I am not sure that it would have helped since the noise problem was throughout the building. I recommend renting in the new building if possible or taking ear plugs just in case for staying in older building. Also, some minor issues that we did not have a problem with, but others might: no closet in room or clothes washer/dryer. They do have a dresser in the room for clothing. Wonderful full kitchen as well.
