Saltwater Suites

Great stay overall. Place was nice and clean as well. Would stay here again. My only gripe is how acoustic it is when others are above you… heard everything…. But as far as the important stuff it was clean and spacious and very accommodating.

The staff was super sweet. Extremely accommodating. The room was spotless. The staff met you with a smile and asked if they could do anything for you. And even though there was a hicup with the hot water they did everything to make it right i give them 10 stars..

Very clean. No place to hang clothes. Quiet.

Beware, the walls and floors are paper thin. The unit above us sounded like a mosh pit at times. Unit was clean and maintained. Super close to beach access. Mostly "compact car parking" mostly. Not a lot of travel size parking.

Clean and accommodating

Great place, huge studio apartment with full sized appliances. Very clean and comfort. Short, easy walk to the public beach access. Lots of great details here, came with a first aid kit, paper towels, dish & laundry soap, freshly washed blanket. My only complaint would be no curtains (the outside lights stayed on all night and came through the blinds). Also, the walls are not completely soundproof but all ypu have to do is put white noise/black screen on tv (youtube) and its fine. Will definitely be back and will recommend. Great location, convenient to everything Surf City has to offer. Free parking was easy and no issue, too.

It is brand new. They also add a 240 dollars property fee on your room so for one night it was doubled. Suspect that if you stay a week it's not as significant. There is no one there to sign the contract because the contract go to orbitz and not to our email

I liked the property location to beach. The pin code was an issue in accessing the room, I had to call for support on multiple occasions. In addition, insulation was lacking, you can hear neighbors above and on right and left.

Our stay was great, but the amenities can use some work. We had a three beds but only two blankets. (No blanket for the pull out couch.) There was only two rolls of toilet paper and 2 set of towels for the weekend. It was stated that there were laundry detergent/pods. However we did not find any. The parking space was small. There is only one parking spot for the whole suite. We had to use public parking and pay the fees. However, the room itself was great and had a beautiful view. The shared community area was great with many activities and the free bike rental system was easy to use and enjoyable. Overall, it is a cheap, but comfortable stay. Just the amenities needs an improvement.
