Quiet, quaint place that has been newly renovated to have a chic feel. The only thing that would make it better would be to fix the bathroom door so that it properly latches (not a big deal since it was just my family) and to clean the floors better (my baby's knees were dirty). We will be back next summer!

Loved it all except cornhole after 11pm sounds like constant thudding for people on first floor

The condo was roomy, super clean and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It was not a far walk to the beach access, There is a common area below that was very inviting with a ring game, cornhole and a ping pong table. Rocking chairs and tables to gather. It was quiet. All together it was just perfect for my family.

The accommodations were great. I received the check-in instructions via email and the entry code via text. I had no issues the check in. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The internet was down, missed meetings, management worked diligently with Spectrum to have the issues resolved by the next day. What wasn't made clear on the booking site, if there were any rooms that met the ADA code for access. There is not a place at the moment that can accommodate a wheelchair, it is only accessible by stairs. I understand that there is an elevator that is being installed on the premises soon. If you need wheelchair access, the rooms close to the elevator will be in the low numbers (201, 301..) that said, if you don't those rooms may be quite noisy once installed and completed. Beach access in not covered in cost, access 14 is not accessible for handicap. Find free parking about 3 miles away with ramp. two handicap spots for large cars two for compact. No roll in shower or grip bars.

Loved the rooms staff was helpful great place to stay.

Poor communication, did not receive any check in information by email or text as well as promised. Had to call to get check in codes at last minute. Was not pet friendly although the Expedia listing did not have any restrictions or information on pets
