The location is in the centre, the cleanliness was really good, warm feeling in room . Very nice

There was nothing to dislike, I wasn't sure if the property had a back garden that would have been nice but apart from that I will go back

Close to City centre

Took £125 out of my bank without my permission. Left me overdrawn with fees. Treated like I had damaged the property. Had to ask for the money back.

Affordable stay in the centre of Lincoln. Overall, decent stay for a low price.

The converted hotel building was very noisy from rooms above and hallways. There have been mentions of this in reviews before, however, this is something inherent to the building being converted rather than purpose built, so not much can be done there. Mattress was quite weak as mentioned in previous reviews, but not too bad for a short stay. The host informed me that the front door smart lock wasnt working, so the main entrance was unsecure for this stay, but the room pin lock was working fine. I was unable to get a response from the host on this to clarify that the room lock was safe and secure, so this is a disappointment.

For were i was going the location was perfect right near the train station and that i had a ground floor one was even better as im not to good with stairs so it was even better . If someone wants to be in the middle of town around everything you are in prine potion

There wasnt anyrhing i didnt like about it, but if people are not use to having abit of noise at night it might not be the right place but it didnt bother me at all as i said you are right in the thick of it and if people want that they have to expect a little bit of noise but i loved it
