The property is located in an area with restaurants and fishing buildings, just a 7-minute walk from Ortigia. The building was apparently not originally built as a hotel and was later converted. It's astonishing how well this conversion has been done. We had a spacious suite with a terrace and were amazed by the interior design. There was only top-quality furniture, excellent beds, perfect and silent air conditioning, etc. Even the bathroom fixtures made it clear that the owners had spared no expense and placed great value on style and quality. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. For us, traveling in a rental car, the parking in the back courtyard was very convenient. Highly recommended.

The apartment is really spacious and clean, the location is good and the breakfast is fresh and tasty, has a wide variety of food to choose from. All the staffs are very kind and helpful, definitely a 5 star hotel service for a very good price!

Muy hermoso hotel boutique con detalles de primera categoria, el servicio excepcional y muy comoda la ubicación.. pudimos ir a ortigia con bicis del hotel y siempre dejamos el auto en el parking del hotel. El desayuno riquísimo y el cuarto super amplio y comodo.. ambos recepcionistas fueron siempre super atentos y amables

Kleines, modernes und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.

Die Lage an einer Strasse ist praktisch, jedoch nicht ganz so idyllisch. Bis ins Zentrum von Ortigia benötigt man zu Fuss etwa 15 Minuten.

The reception staff at this property are amazing! So amicable and kind. We liked it so much we returned the evening we had left and stayed again rather than moving on to the next location! Worth paying extra for the suite with the sauna/steam room!

As mentioned to the staff during our stay, a property at this price point has to provide complimentary drinking water as standard. On an island where the tap water is not safe to drink, this is a must.
