Lauke graži aplinka, fainas baseinas, skanūs kokteiliai ir užkandžiai. Labai malonus personalas. Aplink daug gamtos garsų, ramu.

Keistas kvapas. Didelė drėgmė kambaryje, daug pelėsio. Kambario neparuošė laiku. Nebuvo karšto vandens (pranešus, suvertė, kad nemokam ale pajungti, nors tikrai darėm, taip kaip nurodė), po pasakymo vanduo atsirado. Toli nuo objektų ir kavinukių.

Very disappointing and misleading – not a 5-star property as described by booking.com After an unfortunate incident at another hotel, we needed alternative accommodation for the night. Based on Booking.com’s recommendation, the advertised five-star rating, and an 8.2 review score, we chose Nivadoo Resort believing it would suit our needs. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Upon arrival, we were insulted by the manager based on our appearance, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were told the bed was unfit, and rather than handling this discreetly, we were taken to the room to be shown the bed, which felt inappropriate. The room itself was in very poor condition. The bedroom door did not close properly, there were leak stains across the walls and ceiling, and the overall state of the room was neglected. The hotel in general felt severely unkept, tired, and outdated, and certainly not up to hotel standards, let alone those of a five-star resort. We were also booked a tuk-tuk through the hotel at nearly three times the price we paid elsewhere in Sri Lanka, including transport we arranged ourselves. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited quality and choice, and the restaurant menu was severely inadequate. Overall, this stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and far below expectations. Based on our experience, this property does not reflect its advertised rating, and we would not recommend it.
