Lo staff è gentilissimo e il posto è in mezzo alla natura

Un topo è entrato nella nostra stanza perché c’era un buco nella tenda. Quando l’ho detto alla receptionist mi ha chiesto se ciò ha rappresentato un problema. Beh sì un topo in camera rappresenta un problema!!

Great location and the staff were amazing!

It’s is tired, the toilet broke twice in our two night stay, there is a lots of renovation work happening and it doesn’t look like the photos. A good stay but don’t expect the photos!

Staff was lovely and very helpful. The swimming pool was also very nice. Breakfast was good!

It was just not clean enough. It smelled a bit damp and moldy in the room. There was also some construction going on.

Eigentlich hätte die Anlage großes Potenzial und könnte sehr schön sein, wirkt jedoch insgesamt etwas vernachlässigt. Ob der chaotische Eindruck auf die kürzlich stattgefundenen Unwetter zurückzuführen ist oder andere Gründe hat, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption. Der Pool machte einen sehr schönen Eindruck; aufgrund des Wetters haben wir ihn allerdings nicht genutzt – dafür kann das Hotel selbstverständlich nichts.

Die Idee der Lodges ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, leider war die Umsetzung in unserem Fall enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, zudem hatte die Tür unten einen Spalt, durch den Ungeziefer ins Zimmer gelangen konnte. Wir mussten diesen Spalt notdürftig mit einer Decke abdichten. Die Innenwände der Lodges sind mit einem tapetenähnlichen Stoff verkleidet, was sich als besonders problematisch erwiesen hat. In der Nacht befand sich offenbar etwas zwischen Wand und Stoff. Wir haben zwar nichts gesehen, aber deutlich Geräusche gehört, die sich wie ein Nagetier anhörten. Aus diesem Grund entschieden wir uns, nur eine Nacht zu bleiben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Rezeptionistin: Sie hat uns fairerweise auch nur eine Nacht berechnet, was wir als sehr zuvorkommend und entgegenkommend empfunden haben.

The double deluxe room was super nice, spacious, clean, great big bed. The shower is also nice, and whole bathroom in general. The girls at the reception are amazing and super helpful

The seemed to be missing staff, as it took them a lot of time to make up the rooms. The restaurant could improve their meals, they were a bit underwhelming and the food service was slow

The staff and service was really great here especially Dinu at reception and the guy working at the bar / restaurant. Pool area is very nice too.

The buffet breakfast was good but would venture out for lunch or dinner.

La location è ottima, immersa nella natura e decisamente particolare. Staff super cordiale e accogliente. Il ristorante dentro permette di cenare e fare aperitivo serenamente senza spostarsi verso il villaggio che comporterebbe uno spostamento in Tuk Tuk non semplice da trovare specialmente la sera.

La connessione Wi-Fi non funzionava bene e in camera abbiamo trovato blatte in bagno. Ma penso fosse un problema solo della nostra camera.
