Great amenities and right in the heart of old city. Beautiful terrace, great balcony to see the going ons of the city. Plus not recommend more.

Leuke kamer in een authentiek huisje. Super ligging vlak in het oude centrum.

Aan de straat gelegen met een groot verluchtingsgat naar de straat toe waardoor het 's nachts zeer luidruchtig is.

the location is great, coffee machine available. We were only there for 2 nights so we did not cooked but it new crockery and seemed great.

the humidity smell is too much, no good ventilation. Very noisy as it is in the old city. The worst part were the cockroaches. We found one in the shower and one in the main room. The advertising is so pretty with the pictures, we were really excited. I send a message to the admin with the cockroaches and they did not replied, when we left the keys back they mentioned that maybe the product they use was not working but it is not good enough for the price spent. Unfortunately I would not recommend it.

Amazing location right in the heart of monopoli. Great air con and spacious including a bedroom and separate living space. Helpful staff, giving recommendations about food, beaches and also offering luggage storage. Highly recommend

Only small aspect was the seal on the shower didn’t fully close the door so the floor would get wet. Not an issue for us

Overall, a very clean room with all the amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of water, snacks, coffee and tea in the room - usually this is not included in such accommodations. Basic room, no frills. But definitely a very good location in the very center!

On the second day our boiler broke. It turned out that it was faulty from the first day and was leaking heavily onto the floor. It was scary to turn it on and even use the shower. As a result, we had to ask a lot and wait 2 days until the problem was solved. And in 30-degree heat, take a shower once a day under ice-cold water. This greatly spoiled the impression of the stay (especially considering the fear of malfunctions in the equipment that comes into contact with water)
