La Perla del Mare

Everything was great. The room is like a mini house, with kitchen, fridge. Was very clean and well decorated. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help you. The location can't be better, everything is really close.

The apartment doesn't have windows (just the one in the door). You can hear people talking in the streets but since there are no bars or restaurants beside, it was not that bad. You just listen to people passing by, not music, screaming or anything like that.

The apartment does not have parking as stated - all parking is on-street parking outside of the historic area, which is difficult to find and a bit of a walk. This will be the same for all accommodation in this area, but the site saying it has parking is misleading.

The location was great! Cute and very authentic.

When filtered, this place claims free parking, which is not the case. If you are extremely lucky you might be able to find but it is unlikely. Spent 30 euros on parking for two nights Be careful with the walls. The old paint or dust comes off if you touch it and will get all over your stuff.

The apartment was so beautiful and comfortable, and had a little balcony to illuminate it all. The kitchen was very well equipped too. The staff from the agency was so helpful and we felt warmly welcomed throughout all our stay. The location was central but not in the busiest street, therefore it was quiet. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Beautiful location close to all tourist attractions, restaurants and shops, on the historic centre of Monopoli. Nice roof terrace, nice room with balcony and kitchen. Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 😁
