Daksh The Madhuvan Suites Dwarka

No attention for gust requirement even after calls & after calls .

I am a solo female traveler and stayed at Madhuban Suites at Dwaraka in February 2025. I had a pleasant experience as the staff are friendly, the Manager Mr Jayaraman was courteous and guided me. The room was neat, spacious and comfortable. It is ideally located with easy access to places of interest! Had a great time.

Absolutely nothing. If anything, the garden outside their premises was good. Located on the highway (quite far from the main temple by the way) the surroundings, open field, etc. was the only good experience. The staff is helpful and decent, but they really can’t do much if the infrastructure, facilities and overall serviceability is HORRIBLE to say the least.

Long story… 1. The washrooms and rooms are not clean. Infact the washrooms stink. When we complained, the housekeeping tried cleaning but It didn’t help much. There was a weird smell emanating from the washroom which was consistent all throughout the stay in both rooms l booked. 2. The dinner somehow was only buffet (and no ala carte menu). The explanation they gave was that when there’s more flow of guests they resort to buffet. Any ways, the buffet was extremely expensive at more than ₹500 per adult. The food wasn’t worth even half that cost. Poor food quality, very limited variety and even though their mighty strategy was to opt for buffet in case of huge influx of guests, the strategy fell flat as they ran short of food immediately when a group arrived. By the way, the hotel wasn’t super full any ways. 3. Morning breakfast buffet was terrible. In any case, they would run out of food every now and then. 4. Location: located very far from any of the main temples, you wouldn’t find any local or public transport. No autos or cabs would come. Best is to hire a cab from travel agency. The hotel can at best provide contacts of auto rickshaw drivers who also do a decent job of helping tourists with day tour packages. There’s only one decent restaurant in close proximity which has decent food. 5. Dont try their own restaurant. Its pricey and of no worth. The food is third grade. 6. Room service: the staff is decent and co-operative, however they can’t do much if the entire hotel has a bad and unkempt infrastructure. One of rooms I booked has a manual key lock instead of card entry and the key would not work since the lock was faulty. Every time I had to call room service to help me open the door to my room !! 7. Overall, in my opinion, who has experience of staying at hotels around India and the world, this was probably the worse. DONT BOOK THEM !!

The best hotel of dwarka madhuvan suites by the blues hotel the staff of hotel were incredibly welcomeing and helpful throughout our stay . And the room were very clean and they served very fast and f&b staff Dinesh alika and hitesh ware very helpful and reception team also comparative and caring thanku u all madhuvan staff we will visit again thanku 🙏

Nice food+ hospitality & room services with experienced staff Enjoyed two days with our family & Enjoyed swimming pool activities. Each & every staff person is very much cooperative & well mannered. Every body try to help the customer all the time

Very bad experience, no soap and shampoo in washroom, room was not properly clean, teliphonbis not working, menu card is not available, I complaint many times but no any responsibility staff, all staff mostly untrnend, I never visit here and never recommend any one of this hotel

Madhuvan suites by the blues Dwarka, is the hotel with great service with mouthwatering food , they have a great attitude to serve the guest with great heart , who really cares for the guest. A great thanks to every staff of the hotel who had made my stay comfortable.

Great experience. Best place to stay. Staff were very courteous and attentive even at late hours. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Ambience was great. Restaurant staff were very courtious and attentive. Particularly their team leader Ms Anuja took care and explained the dishes to us. She very attentive to my 80 year old father. Food was very delicious and very well presented. Dr Aditya Glasgow, UK
