Big Stay Suites

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We got a message an hour before checkin saying that the people before us had damaged the shower and that we will only have 1 bathroom for 11 ladies!!!! (I opened the bathroom door & the shower was definitely not broke the night before as it was all damp) the bedsheets were absolutely disgusting! Full of stains & hairs , bedsheets were damp, windows wouldn’t open (and one wouldn’t close), blinds broke , bathroom that was working the tiles were all broke (which is a health and safety hazard) & the bottom of the shower was all broke (and exposed underneath) , floors were sticky , cleaning staff were ignorant (when asked for more toilet roll as there was 11 girls in the room, we were told ‘there is toilet roll’) fire alarm was going off at 7:30am (no staff bothered to come, since then I’ve heard this is an often thing). Only thing good is the location! The hotel also took £500 out of my account for a safety deposit following check out! I’d avoid this hotel!! I was embarrassed as I booked this for a hen party and we travelled from Ireland for it.

Great central location, perfect size for party of 12 and able to party and not worry you are disturbing others, highly recommend

Access to front door down a dirty side alley and front door didn’t secure however the staff answered the query straight away saying they were monitoring the door on CCTV

Great apartment and unbelievable location. Already have our next trip booked.

Could do with a sweeping brush to give the place a once over and a cloth to wipe the bar area down.

Excellent accommodation for a large group. Great location in heart of city.
