Big Stay Suites

The place was lovely. We've stayed there previously and loved it so much we decided to come back. However, there were a couple of minor issues with the apartment - a couple door handles leading outside that were missing a screw and a minor plumbing issue I didn't hear back from once reported. Additionally, the lift was out of order and a few tiles on the stairs were broken/missing, making the stay less enjoyable than last time

As previous reviews have commented, beware lack of mugs and kitchen only has microwave, fridge and kettle. Not many plug sockets. Only half the blackout blinds were blackout and the fire exit lights are VERY bright. Two showers, one base was very cracked so that meant 15 of us using one shower which wasn’t great.

The property was better than expected . Ideal for our group would definitely use again when in Liverpool. Communication with the staff was excellent.Thank you.

Cleanliness and location.

Long length mirror would be lovely to have, and located near plug for girlies wanting to get ready.

Spacious, great location and very comfy beds.

No kettle to make a cuppa!
