Big Stay Suites

The apartments location is ideal. You are literally right in the middle of everything. Ours was a family trip and even though we was in the middle of the hustle and bustle it was child friendly. For adults or hen/stag/birthdays this would be a great place to stay. You are literally on a street with pubs and bars and a 15 min walk from everywhere, museums, landmarks etc. We stayed for 2 nights and the room's seem sound proof from other guests partying, we slept well and couldn't hear any noise.

The lobby and doors to the apartments need a bit of TLC, exiting the lifts was a bit disappointing, the room's have clear signs of wear and tear/damage, which is noticeable. The apartment we originally booked the door wasn't secure and looked like a locksmith had taken out the lock (please see pictures). I called customer services, who seemed helpful but they advised they had been told by the Maintenance Team that is was 'secure', I did have to reiterate that it wasn't and I didn't feel safe at all, only then was different apartment given, which was smaller but had more beds, the appartment was in better condition (no broken tiles, cracks and clear damage like wear and tear). You have to pay a £500 deposit that's taken from your bank account during your stay, which I totally understand because it appears other guests have damaged the appartments, however I do wonder if the deposits are used to actually repair the damage because the up keep of the apartments are not good. I would have given them a 10, but unfortunately, the lack of repairs does mark the stay down because it's very noticeable, if the apartments were in good condition you would have felt like you was in Mexico or Tokyo🫶🏽.

How clean and spacious it was and location was great

The customer service, very rude and unhelpful and not understanding. the extremely high deposite, especially considering we hired a week day and for a 10 year old birthday sleep over. The front door was completely to get into, someone get stuck in the lift, the front door was blocked by a delivery van.

No mugs No bowls Not sure why there was a kettle and microwave as only 7 plastic cups were provided.

Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are a group booking the location is perfect.

The whole process from start to finish was an absolute breeze. The staff at UStay could not have made the booking process any easier and they were extremely accommodating! They booked in extras for us such as a butler and Dj and they were both absolutely fantastic. The Vegas apartment was spacious, clean, the beds super comfy and the set up was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for any more to celebrate a hen party! The location was perfect and only a short walk from concert square / Matthew street etc. A huge thanks for everything!
