For Mexico it’s well equipped apartment. Good toilet and shower with loo paper and towels provided (this is unusual for most of Mexico). You gain access by ringing a bell for the receptionist. They occasionally took a while (particularly if we came back late at night) but were usually friendly.

The apartment was very cold at night, no heating and not enough bedding (they were unable to give us an extra duvet and instead brought a very unhealthy looking polyester throw). It took them 2 attempts to fix the boiler to give us hot water. The kitchen was not very well equipped. The pans are cheap non stick ones which, as we were leaving, they asked us to replace because we’d apparently scratched them - you couldn’t really use them without scratching them! We didn’t pay because I threatened to sue them for us having to eat carcinogenic non stick material in our food! We checked out a day early and they tried to charge us for it! It was a shame this was our last experience of them (it seems typical in Mexico to try to scam you for every little thing they think they can get away with!) as we would have used them again as we have to travel to Mexico a lot.

las habitaciones están bien en cuanto a espacio, sin embargo hay un salón de eventos a unos metros del hotel, afortunadamente no hubo ruido hasta tarde, pero queríamos descansar de día y fue imposible.

el boiler de nuesta habitación no funcionaba, pagar una habitación de 1500 pesos para no tener agua caliente? increíble. Horas después nos dieron un cambio de habitación, no vale la pena el precio por el servicio.
