"Where is the bath?"

It was a clean and nice room. The youngs staff were nice. Safe to park.

The add says there is a bath and I m still looking for it. Maybe it was a translation issue But.. The manager was rude and unprofessionnal when I ask about the bath, and says "why do you care about a bath" when me and my partner choose this place just for the bath ahah so yes I do care... She didnnt feel sorry about and just laugh. Lady, you r working there, please be educated, don t laugh at your costumer.

"Terrible atención "

Desde que llegamos la atención fue mala, me marcaron a la una y media de la mañana para decirme que bajara a pagar porque no se reflejó el cobro, nunca hicieron limpieza en la habitación nunca pusieron jabon ni papel higiénico

"bel appartement mais équipement très insuffisant."

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel; La vue sur le volcan. L'emplacement et les commerces à proximité.

L'équipement de l'appartement est très insuffisant. Il n'y avait ni casserole, ni égouttoir. Le personnel nous a heureusement prêté deux casseroles. Donc, il était très difficile de cuisiner . Pas d'eau chaude à l'évier . Il n'y avait pas de sèche cheveux. La fiche de réservation précisait qu'il y avait un lave linge et un sèche linge mais en fait, ceux-ci étaient collectifs et situés au 8 étage . En général, ils étaient disponibles après 21 heures.
