The older gentleman on Day 2 when on shift is always very attentive and professional

Given a room that was not cleaned. Full of take away wrappers and bedding unmade from previous guest. Went back to reception waiting for lady to re appear. Room was changed but just not a great experience after 4 hour journey. 2nd Room also smaller than the one I paid for. Bed was comfortable though.
