I liked the super friendly staff and the comfort and quiet of the hotel. Location was amazing with decent parking options. Generally a really good cosy place for family. Supper happy and satisfied. 5 stars

Not much, everything was good and fitting for my requirements. Could have a few snack vending machines to boost snacking options but not a deal breaker as the town and shops are just a walking distance.

It was ckean

Hotel was very hard to find. Every time you put the kettle on in the room, all the lights fused and you had to go to reception to get the fuse put back on. Gave up and went without drink. Shower, cold, prob same problem. No reception staff in morning, so no invoice on departure as promised.

I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. The location was great. The lady who checked us in at the reception was wonderful, kind, and very pleasant.

It was dirty. The walls were dirty. There was hair in the showers. And it was cold during the day because the heating was only turned on in the evening.The walls are very thin. We could hear every conversation.
