The staff were good and helpful although understaffed.

The room was basic. Very small bathroom not well finished but the rainfall shower was good but the drain leaked over the floor. The room was tired. Again fixtures fittings and general finish was poor.

It said free Wi-Fi but that was very intermediate. The shower was very noisy. I don't know what the food was like we didn't eat there. The staff was very very friendly and helpful, but that's the Welch for you

It wasn't a very easy place to get to, seemed like a really strange place to put a hotel. Not very good soundproofing between the rooms
