"Mediocre one night stay"

Parking and size of the room (they gave us the disabled room, big bathroom, etc) Bathroom very clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't have big expectation, I booked the hotel because of its location.

The pictures shown do not reflect the real environment of the hotel. Especially the breakfast. The coffee from the coffee machine was very very poor. There are no table cloths on the table, the buffet var poor. The English breakfast plate shown is the exactly what you would get, I had the veggie option and it was good. We asked for disposable slippers but they didn't have them.

Free parking. Large comfortable beds. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Location was ideal for where we needed to go. Brilliant breakies

The only 2 things I could suggest would be firstly to have recycle bins. There were none in or around the property, secondly, the tv showed all these wonderful streaking Chanel’s available but none of them worked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was happy with everything but just two things, one of which is out of the hotels control. Other customers were banging doors late at night. The other being I felt quite cold during my stay in the evening and morning as the temperature outside wasn't as warm as it should be.
