Was 2 double bed in twin rooms which was very good

Friendly staff

Car Parking facilities Stayed in a invalidity room Room was on ground floor by smoking area and light came on all night when people went outside to smoke

Room was ok, basic but thats what i expected

Parking situation is atrocious, about ten spaces and then just a neighborhood street packed full of cars. Radiator was stuck on full, window was crackes but so loud outside. Woke up with loud noises outside, lots of banging etc

Unfortunately not much

Firstly had to park on the pavement . Staff mentioned they would keep an eye on the car which made us anxious! The noise in the corridor outside didn’t stop until gone midnight and we were woken At 4-30 am by those above shouting singing running taps showers it was awful.

John on the reception was customer service at it's very best. He obviously loved his work there took his time to tell us all we needed while staying there so thank you John. The room was clean.

We were in room 2 right by the reception area .Very noisy with people coming and phone ringing till 11pm. Woken early again by staff arriving along with other noise from eating area. We had no hot water from 7pm through to leaving at 9am ish so no shower and cold wash in sink. I mentioned this to the man on reception when leaving( not John) who was polite but dismissive

Very clean and breakfast was very fresh, all the staff were extremely welcoming and made an effort to chat.
