The Staff were first rate, very happy to help in any way. For us the location just south of the Breacon Beacons was just right.

In my experance the Best Western Hotels are allways slightley down at heal. They all need a refresh and the standard of maintenance is poor. In my room the toilet extract fan was out of action, and the wet room bathroom floor remained wet all day as the floor was uneaven.

Only positive thing I can say is that the room was OK.

I appreciate that this is a deprived area but this hotel did not meet the normal Best Western standard. The building is poor, the parking inadequate and the restaurant more like a factory canteen.
