Picuas Village

The house was not so good needed some repairs.Great view of the ocean.

No me gusto la falta de desconsideración de la música alta todo los días de los mal educados vecinos que se estaban quedando junto a la propiedad que es del mismo complejo de Picuas Village, se creían que eran los únicos en el area de la Picuas. Mi consejo deben considerar multar o tomar acciones con este tipo de personas. Es lo único que estuvo fuera de nuestra estadías, de lo demás es un lugar espectacular.

The best part of the house is its view. It was amazing waking up every day looking at the sea, and having meals with the sea breeze. The shower was also very nice, although it looked scary at first to have shower with all the wind.

The house NEEDS MAINTENANCE. The cabinets are falling apart, and the deck is even dangerous to walk on, it could hurt someone if it breaks with the weight of a person on it. The host DOES NOT ANSWER TEXT MESSAGES. We had 2 big issues during our stay: once we arrived after a day at the beach and we had no water. I sent a message to the host's phone number, and received no reply. Our neighbor had already tried to contact them too, with no response. Then I tried to call, and I was finally able to talk to someone to know what the problem was and the expectation for solution. Another day we only had cold water. Again, no response to the text message. This time we were able to solve the problem ourselves; we received no reply at all from the host. The utensils ARE NOT ENOUGH for 4 people. We had to ask for more spoons when we were lucky to meet the cleaning lady (that only takes the trash, btw). THERE IS ONLY ONE SHOWER. This is not clear in the description of the property, they only mention that the house has 2 bathrooms. Actually the house has 2 lavabos in the bedrooms and only 1 full bathroom, so you need to stay in line so that everybody can take a shower. One of the rooms had a hive in the roof, and every day we found bees, dead or alive, in the bathroom and sometimes in the bedroom too. The jacuzzi DOES NOT WORK, and so the shower on the deck. Ah, and the jacuzzi does not have hot water, what you only find out once you are there. The location is not so bad, but be aware that it has a rough road to arrive, and that there is no good beach to attend nearby.

Good location, quite and ocean front

The vibe of this place was incredible—so relaxing and peaceful. The open villa concept made everything feel airy and connected to nature. And the view to the ocean? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that every morning was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, serene setting

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but a few things could be improved. One of the beds had a moldy smell, there was a sharp object in the hot tub that felt unsafe, and the deck and hot tub lights weren’t working. With a few fixes, this could be a great place to stay.

We were out with water for 3 days. And The jacuzzi did not work.

The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner excellent. The bathrooms/ showers were set up nice. The back deck had beautiful views. We had use of the kayak, which was great to get out into the water since there wasn't really a "beach" but a natural protected seashore. They had plenty of towels, a stove top (no oven), a fridge, a coffee maker, and even a waffle iron in the outdoor kitchen. A big plus, it was really close to El Yunque.

The jaccuzi jets weren't working, and the deck lights wouldn't turn on. The jacuzzi only had pool temp water. It didn't get hot. There wasn't access to a sand beach close by. You had to drive to one.

Nice stay, clean and comfortable.

Water and sewage, but I understand my family is from PR and that is ongoing anyways.
