Picuas Village

Our rooms were full of bees. Both rooms. I called place management. Explain no call back. I sent videos and pictures. No one’s called us back

This place is beautiful! The pictures just don't do it justice! I did not know until we arrived that the place has an open concept kitchen, so essentially the kitchen is outside! It is covered, but no walls and a straight view of the ocean! Gorgeous! I am glad I was staying with a friend because if I was alone I may have felt a little more nervous with how open it was but it was absolutely gorgeous. The open concept bathroom was also such a unique design! The bathrub is positioned under the open sky but total privacy so no need to be worried about anyone seeing you! So cool!

There was no hot water, in the shower, tub or kitchen. It did not bother us because the place was SO gorgeous, we could not possibly be unhappy with anything there!

It was a wonderful property! My sisters had the other 2 properties. Ours leaked a lot we were in the Manuela, that one leaked a lot, so we needed to cook in the other 2. It was quite rainey, so if you book maybe book when there is no rain. Other than that it was wonderful!

Kayak not available, dog hair all over room floors, sliding doors not sliding. Both neighbors were extremely loud and did not respect quiet hours they would play music full volume from 7 am to 2 am every single night. One of the neighbors was actually the cleaning lady and she stayed in the property next door. It was mind blowing the lack of respect for the rest of us who did not wish to listen to that music all day long. The whole reason I even chose this place was because it was away from the city and we were looking for a nice quiet place for our anniversary. The house itself was nice and it would’ve been great if we could have actually relaxed like we planned instead we would leave the house all day and would come back after “quiet hours” only for them to still be playing the music really loud and yelling. If I would have known it was going to be that way I would have just paid half the amount in the city. Whoever the owners are they should really make sure who they hire. They had a small dog with them too which was fine but in the rooms the floors were full of dog hair it would get all over our clothes and things. I’m wondering if they just hope around when no guest are there but if they do they should do better with cleaning after pets.

It’s located very close to the Whyndham RioMar where we were attending a family members wedding.

I didn’t like that there was no hot water, but it is PR and it’s hot and humid so this was not a big deal for us. I also did not like there was no interior common space… only the bedrooms are inside a structure. So since the weather was rainy and windy we could not enjoy being outdoors in a common area… we had to retreat to our rooms.

Nice place away from the city there was a few concerns but nothing major the outdoor kitchen and bath was different i would stay again for the amazing views

Could have beeen cleaner. Gate to property was never closed and anyone can walk directly into the home your staying at, had a stray cat walk in and their are dogs walking around that could’ve walked right into the kitchen as well The property should have better security

Love the location, Nice and quiet,access to the water,the space and it was clean.

Sliding dolor needs some care, to Open and close them wakes up everyone. The first floor needs a ceiling fan, the little bugs have a feast with you. A fan will keep them away and during the day with the sun in front of the house will help keep it cool. The stairs need a good hand rail., plus when it rains it's a hazard. One of my friends fell after a night of rain. To go up with the luggage and if they are wet it's slippery/ maybe those anti slip strip could help . The air units need some kind of attention, the rooms smell like musky.
