This resort is absolutely amazing. The reception was warm and personal, and every single staff member is warm, gracious, and sincerely interested in your experience being excellent. This is a superior place to stay - the rooms are incredibly beautiful and modern, while still being warm with a nod to Mexican craftsmanship. I'd love to steal the bed and bring it home, it was that comfortable. Every meal was divine - from the independent breakfasts and lunches that we had to the evening meals prepared for our group. We enjoyed the lovely grounds and view, but the biggest plus this resort has is the staff. Everyone is amazingly friendly and dedicated. I regret having to leave!

I took my daughter to this resort for 4 nights for her college graduation/birthday, and we had the most amazing visit. This property was everything I was hoping it would be. The size is perfect - not a huge resort and easy to walk everywhere, easy to find chairs a the beach and pools, and never a wait for anything we wanted to do. The beach is private and spacious, and the pools were so beautiful and relaxing. I will say that if youre looking for a party atmosphere, this probably isn't it. It was mostly couples and a few families with younger kids, so it's definitely a place I would think is more geared to relaxation and luxury. As far as the accommodations, the room was perfect. We were offered an upgrade on arrival, but we opted to just stay with our original selection since it was spacious and had a great view. Our favorite part was the balcony! The room was beautiful, and we loved the local touches and the decor. Finally, I would have to say that the employees were the most impressive part of this hotel - they were so lovely and kind from the landscapers, to the housekeepers, to our cuates (personal concierge) which made us truly feel special. We truly loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

This location is everything you could want of a high end resort: Stunning surroundings, amazing food and highly attentive staff. We attended with a large group from work as an ‘executive club’ and the two evening events were superb. Would highly recommend.

Susurros Del Corazon is an excellent luxurious hotel with spectacular service and an awesome spa! Every single employee we encountered added to the experience. My wife and I had an amazing few days attending a 50th birthday party and would highly recommend it for a getaway or an event with or without kids.

I could not rate this hotel resort more highly, a beautiful luxury experience all the way around. The service and hospitality were excellent as were the accommodations, food and drinks. We felt welcome at every step and plan to return in the future.

Tranquility serenity and possible the most beautiful property!! The pools are amazing. The rooms are decorated for chic Comfort. The staff is top notch. Food was excellent. From start to finish the staff make you feel at home - you can’t ask for more !! It is a definite run don’t walk to get here.

A luxurious and relaxing spring break- even with 5 kids! The resort and the facilities are well kept and absolutely beautiful. Even with it being a big resort, it is designed in a way that felt very private. There were plenty of activities to keep our two families busy and happy! We will absolutely be back.

Every moment you feel that you are treated like royalty, especially with the care from people like Jose, the manager, who is hands-on and available. The service on the beach is just the cherry on top, creating an experience where you can completely unwind. It is such an incredible experience, more than just a stay.

I have stayed in many high end resorts internationally and I have never experienced such a high level of customer-focused service. Every waiter, bartender, pool attendant and bell person was laser focused on guest satisfaction. My personal cuates team tended to our every need in a timely and courteous manner. The property and suites were gorgeous and immaculate. The restaurants were amazing. This is the premier resort in Punta de Mita.
