Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Collection

This was our 2nd visit to Susurros del Corazón. This is from someone who has stayed at every 5-star resort in Puerto Vallarta/Punta de Mita and the One and Only Mandarina. Sussuros brings that intimate experience away from large crowds with the personalization as if you're the only guest staying at the resort, the food is amazing which sets a standard far above the competition, I highly recommend a villa with a pool for couples or a villa house for families, the facility is very easy to navigate within a 1 to 2 minute walk to/from villa/spa/pools/gym/beach/restaurants/etc. while taking in most amazing landscape of flowers and rare butterflies. The management team truly cares that you walk away with an amazing experience, as I cant remember walking away knowing the names of people in each segment of their hotel because I was greeted by Melyssa at beach, Juan as a Server, my Personal Butlers Richie/Jhyo which greeted me each morning to start my day asking how they can assist with any recommendations/car service/dinner reservations/in-room dining/spa appointment etc, *This was truly an experience you come to put the laptop/cell phone away and truly embrace the moment by creating new memories.

The resort’s design was easy to navigate and its beautiful location, nestled amidst meticulously maintained grounds and with many views of the ocean, created a serene atmosphere. The spa and its services were a highlight, offering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The resort overall - the warm welcome to the smooth departure, the staff made me feel valued. However, there were some noticeable inconsistencies. The Wi-Fi signal varied in strength across the grounds, which was frustrating at times. Timeliness was also an issue with both room service and cleaning, often leading to longer waits than expected or needing to be flexible with our schedule. While the dining experience offered a convenient option, the food quality did not align with its price point. Meals were significantly overpriced for what was delivered. Had the quality matched the cost, it would have been a different story.

The whole experience was so unreal - the food was so good. The spa was the best massage ever and I stay at a lot of luxury hotels and use to work in them as well. This team really knows what they are doing and care. The guys at the pool - I believe their names were Kevs and Eddie were so good and the highlight of the stay as we went to the pool everyday. The girl who ran the spa front desk was so lovely and remembered me everyday. There is also a guy who works at the breakfast restaurant and he remembered my husbands name - everyone is just so friendly. The room is unreal - highly recommend!

Beautiful property with excellent service

This is an incredible resort! The staff is exceptional, the property is intimate, the beach is excellent, and the food is world class. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent experience. Top notch. Would recommend to anyone!! Excellent service, beautiful accommodations. Food was good, especially at the pool. Decorated the room for our birthday. Greeted us with cocktails. Transportation was excellent. Room extras were very high end. Gave us birthday treats. Gave free popsicles and fruit and juice daily at the pool. High end - incredible. Staff were so kind and accommodating. Truly a dream. Things that could have made it better: -I called ahead of time and booked transportation from airport and asked for prices of spa and excursions and asked for an extra bed. Confirmed over email. The day before we arrived they contacted me asking if we wanted transportation. They had no record of me calling or any of the requests I made ahead of time. - We booked an excursion ahead of time (week before) but they didn’t let us know our schedule when we arrived or anything about it. We had an “itinerary designer” that never mentioned it. Only notified when they showed up to pick us up. - if it rains, the smaller restaurant closes. They weren’t happy when we showed up later to eat dinners even though they didn’t technically close for another hour. -if we ask for prices for spa and excursions they should just give us all the prices , and either in pesos or in dollars. Not alternating. -would be nice if they had hours to the food options written down in the room somewhere We joked that commutation must have been poor because they were whispering all the time (Susurros means whisper in Spanish). Just make sure you confirm and double check all the things! Also - we booked the ATV “off the beaten path” and had an amazing experience!! Highly recommend.

There are a number of luxury resorts in the area and we were having a difficult time deciding on where to stay. We ultimately made the decision to stay at Susurros because they had a good 2-bedroom option for us. I'm so happy that we did. This resort is absolutely fantastic. It's a bit smaller (about 60 rooms), so it never felt crowded (it was not high season when we visited, but you definitely get the impression that it never feels crowded here and that they manage the experience well). The staff is amazingly attentive without being overbearing, the facilities are fantastic, and the location is absolutely beautiful. We were so sorry to go, but we will definitely be back. After our experience, I wouldn't even consider staying at another location.

We just got back from Susurros del Corazón and honestly… wow. This place is something special. The setting is unreal – crystal-clear ocean, quiet beach, and sunsets that stop you in your tracks. Our room was stunning: super spacious, beautifully designed, and had the kind of view you never get tired of waking up to. The staff was incredible – warm, thoughtful, and always made us feel taken care of without ever being over the top. Everyone we met was genuinely kind and helpful. Food and drinks? Top-tier. From poolside snacks to incredible dinners (and cocktails!), every bite was amazing. What we loved most was the vibe – luxurious but super relaxed. It felt like a hidden gem where you could truly unwind. We’ve been to a lot of great resorts, but this one felt different. Soulful, stylish, and unforgettable. Already counting down the days until we’re back. 5 stars all the way.

We were extremely pleased with our stay here-the service was top-notch, and our villa was one of the best spaces we have stayed in. The food was delicious, the beach is easy to play on and swim in the water, and the pools are beautiful and not too hot during a hot time of year. There was plenty of shade and trees available and the chairs were very comfortable, I would say it is very family friendly but also would have been very nice as an anniversary or couples trip. If you are looking for a place that feels like a “home away from home”, look no further!
