I've been to many luxury resorts in Mexico being a Travel Advisor and this is one of the best. The rooms are stunning, resort well laid out, excellent food quality, the service is always attentive but genuine and the pools are truly the best part!

From the moment we arrived at Susurros to the moment we departed, every detail was absolutely wonderful. The staff anticipated our every need with such care and attentiveness. From the delicious breakfasts and lovely morning conversations with German, to the seamless poolside service and incredible food, every experience felt special. The highlight was the thoughtful anniversary surprise—the resort went above and beyond, making us feel like the only guests there. Every minute of our stay was delightful, and I cannot wait to recommend this resort to friends in need of a perfect getaway!

In short: flawless design, top of the line service, and an atmosphere of understated luxury. Susurros is a true gem in Punta de Mita. We stayed a week and loved the design of our room, the indoor/outdoor living and warm hospitality. We are big on fitness and found their spa and gym to be one of the best we’ve experienced on vacation. We tried the cold plunge, sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. They didn’t charge an extra fee for this, which we thought was very generous. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. Absolutely visiting again in 2026! This was our first Auberge experience and certainly not our last.

relaxing girls trip! we pretty much had the place to ourselves the first couple days as it was right after labor day. it picked up over the weekend but even when we were seemingly the only ones there, the service and food was 10/10. everyone we came in contact with was friendly and happy and a joy to be around and interact with. the people definitely make the place! i did go into it thinking there was one more restaurant, so for me 3 nights was perfect given the two restaurants plus pool/beach menus. the food was really great across the board though, so if you don’t mind sitting in the same settings, there’s plenty of delicious things to keep it interesting! the “rooster coffee” was a great touch, delivered promptly in the mornings as scheduled with your desired sweetener and milks. and very hot so you don’t have to rush to drink it which i really appreciated. we were offered an upgrade to a bigger room but kept with the cliffview room as it was only a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and we couldn’t see other parts of the hotel. highly recommend being over there if you want more privacy and sounds of the ocean.

This hotel was my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at I HIGHLY recommend!! Service was so hospitable, friendly and accommodating and the facilities and design of the hotel was modern, but preserved the Mexican culture in its architecture. The food was exquisite and the activities on offer are amazing such as surfing, chocobanana making and so much more! They really make your stay unique and the hotel room, pool and beach scream luxury.

An amazing experience here, highly recommend! The resort is so beautiful, comfortable, and the people are so warm and welcoming. We wanted a resort in the Mexican culture, and it provided that! Highly recommend!

Our 5-night stay at Susurros del Corazón was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They even surprised our 13-year-old daughter with a handmade piece of art and a thoughtful card — such a personal, heartwarming touch that we’ll never forget. The food throughout the resort was absolutely top notch — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented at every meal. Yes, it was warm during our visit, but the gorgeous pools made it the perfect place to relax and cool off while taking in the stunning surroundings. Very happy we booked the private plunge pool, totally worth it to start and end the day with! A tip worth mentioning....the 2 bedroom garden suite is NOT adjoining, they are separate - feels more like an apartment next door. Our kid freaked out but got used to it. Coffee is delivered to your room for free in the mornings and our room had a Bose speaker that was awesome! Thank you for creating such a special, memorable experience for our family. We can’t wait to return!

We are STILL talking about our stay and what an incredible time we had for thanksgiving. It wouldn’t have been the same without the GM I believe his name was Alberto. Him and his team were so welcoming. They helped us facilitate trips into Sayulita with an amazing driver. Our kids had a blast at the kids club and the best part of all was the additional childcare every night at dinner time. We will always have fond memories of our family trip.
