Susurros Del Corazon is an absolute gem — the kind of place you hesitate to tell people about because you want to keep it all to yourself… but the truth is, it’s too wonderful not to share. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and beautifully intentional. The design is understated, stunning, seamlessly blending into the landscape with views that stop you in your tracks. Rooms are spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Service is exceptional — friendly, thoughtful, and authentic. Every team member made us feel welcome and truly cared for, without being intrusive. The food is outstanding, with fresh, vibrant dishes that highlight local flavors. Rooster coffee overlooking the water quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. The spa is another standout — tranquil, luxurious, and deeply restorative. We came with a group of 10 adults. The staff helped plan interesting fun and experiences for all of us before we arrived, dinners on the beach, wine tasting, surf lessons, face painting, trips into town, we even experienced releasing sea turtles at sunset - Really there was something for everyone. This is the place to come if you want true relaxation, natural beauty, and elevated yet grounded experiences. I would reccomed for a group staying in one of the houses and also for couples. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend !

From the moment we arrived at Susurros del Carazón in Mexico, the tone was set: warm smiles, seamless check-in, and genuine hospitality that never wavered. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged—quiet, cool, and stocked with everything we needed. Housekeeping was invisible yet somehow always one step ahead. Dining was a highlight every day. Breakfasts were fresh and fast, lunches had real variety (great for a longer stay), and dinners felt like events—beautiful plating, bold flavors, and consistent execution. What elevated the experience was the staff. Everyone—from front desk to pool attendants and servers—was proactive, attentive, and sincerely friendly. Small touches (remembering our names and preferences, quick solutions to tiny asks) made it feel personal. Amenities were equally strong: well-kept pools, easy beach access, and activities that never felt crowded. The property is top-level—lush grounds, clear signage, great lighting at night, and a layout that just…works. Bottom line: Flawless service, excellent food, and a meticulously run resort. We left relaxed, impressed, and already planning a return. Amazing!!! We are spoiled now. Room was really neat as were the various nice toiletries provided. Spa was great and facilities were available for us regardless of you had a spa service booked.

Our stay at Susurros was 10/10 and our family of four including 2 young children under 4 years old had an amazing week. The service was top notch, the pools were outstanding, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the whole property was immaculate. We can't wait to come back!

The meeting was partially business and a couple of days of fun. The staff was tremendous and first class service was everywhere to be found. The food was also delicious and well prepared. The scenery was gorgeous and breathtaking. Wish I had a few more days to remain at the resort.

This hotel is magical. The rooms are great. The view is great. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The food was exquisite and it was one of the best overall experiences we have ever had in Mexico.

I attended the resort for an awards trip. This is one of the best resorts I've visited. If I could give 20 stars I would. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. I love the bathroom and the turn down service in the evening. The staff provided excellent service. I absolutely love this resort!
