Luxury, peace, high touch, and intimate. This resort is very small (but currently expanding) so not a lot of people or action. They make an effort to create activities to fill the void if want more than sitting by the beach however. They have so many lovely touches. The decor and design is amazing. Landscaping is pristine. Lots of walking if you're in the residences. Long walk to pickleball without an offer of golf carts. Pools are nice sizes. Beach is perfect sand and size. Service is beyond. Everyone is so attentive and genuine. Food was really yummy but two restaurants with somewhat small menus at each makes it difficult to stay on site if that's your plan. Their Wednesday BBQ on the beach is a must!! Spa is beautiful but women's outdoors section is not yet complete. Can hear construction during massage a tiny bit but not a deal breaker.

My first experience with the Auberge brand was at the Wildflower about a year ago which was spectacular - I was very excited going into this stay, but also entered with very high expectations - Sussarros blew my expectations out of the water with an absolutely exquisite stay.

Compact delightful resort. Small but top quality service and outstanding room decor and size. Breakfast is a big problem ...... because there is no buffet, table service gets overwhelmed. Most families come in at the same time in the morning and staff are way over their heads ........ this needs to be addressed by management..... either they get a lot more staff or they need to convert to buffet. We ordered smoked salmon and they had none left. No regular oatmeal, no toast, no maple syrup for waffles or pancakes....... they are drowning in orders and cannot handle the rush. Otherwise the resort is wonderful. Beach has no stones or rocks and is very accessible. Def a return visit but they need to do something with Breakfast quickly.

This was my wife and I's first time at Susurros Del Corazon. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The resort is not huge, so the atmosphere was quieter and chill, which is what we were looking for. The food was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back.

Great rooms and setting! The beach and pool staff were so attentive. There were a few kinks that could be worked out with communication but otherwise a really incredible property!

Phenomenal resort!! Osiriz was the best taking care of us the whole stay. We were welcomed with a drink and had some breakfast at their restaurant while waiting for the room. The transition from the meal to the room was perfect, she gave us a tour and luggage was delivered. The rooms are beautiful and comfy, we had in room dining a few times and loved the room amenities (palo santo spray!!!) pool + beach service was amazing of course. They have two pools and a really nice beach with good swimming. Onda (the spa) was a great experience. We had a 90min massage and used the amenities - snacks/tea/waters, Himalayan salt sauna, eucalyptus steam room, hot tub/cold plunge, showers, etc. everything was surrounded by plants 🌴

Amazing trip! Service, amenities and atmosphere were all 10/10. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is the spot.

While this is clearly an outstanding luxury resort near Punta de Mita, the most outstanding feature of this beautiful hotel is the staff and the level of personalized service-it is hard to find a similar level of attention to detail! One person in our party has a food intolerance (celiacs) - this was mentioned in the booking and from the moment we entered the property, everyone seemed to be aware of it, be it in the bar or by the pool or in the restaurant. While nowadays a lot of hotels do a good job of catering to those needs, the thoroughness and awareness here was on a different level, it was simply never a problem and never had to be mentioned again. All staff are exceedingly friendly and courteous, absolutely nothing less than fantastic. The property is beautiful and much more so than it already looks on the website - once you are there, it looks and feels a lot more intimate and lush than the fotos suggest. Food and drinks are both fantastic, the pools and the beach are stunning. The suites are spacious and beautifully appointed, with a lot of attention to detail. The amenities are curated and very very nice. If so desired, coffee is placed outside the suites in the morning, which is a very nice touch. There is easy and fast communication via whatsapp (or other means, if wanted, I suppose) and that works out really well- anything that you might need is delivered in a timely manner (fast!). You never have to look around for, lets say, service at the beach or otherwise-as soon as someone senses that you might want something, they are there to take your order, move the umbrella to create more shade without you even needing to ask etc etc, it really is as if staff were reading your mind, just simply amazing.

Absolutely stunning resort-the feel is very much more lush and private than the (beautiful) photos on website suggest. The service experience is amongst the most impeccable I have yet experienced!! Allergies/food intolerances are handled amazingly and every single staff member was aware-I have never experienced this done as perfectly as here!!!
