Tried to cancel a nite and booking.com not hotel wanted to charge a 300 cancelation fee.. so I checked out with the amazing staff and just left a day early done using 3rd parties to check in.. Thanks booking!

Ottima la posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni per raggiungere il centro di Chicago. Como per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Camere spaziose e un bel bagno con la doccia. Letti king size molto comodi.

In due giorni non è venuto il servizio pulizie a rifare la stanza. La colazione non aveva molta scelta, le uova e il bacon dal sapore piatto.

The front desk staff was amazing, they treated you with respect, kindness and like you were special. They made sure your stay was comfortable as possible.. I also loved that it was so many African Americans that worked here.🥰🥰

The pool water stayed cloudy and muggy all the time..
