I liked the thought on the style of the hotel.

Our room did have some dirty in the floor from the previous patrons. The unfortunate piece was the fire alarm going off at 3am in the morning. I was informed by the front desk staff that this is the second tone this has happened in the month of April 2026. I am grateful that the fire alarm works, but “for an unknown reason” must certainly in alarming. The other piece is that in using navigation to get to the hotel, I was taken to the wrong hotel, albeit, only a few blocks away, it was a bit confusing.

"1 Staff member ruined our 5 day stay"

We really liked how comfortable the rooms were, especially the beds both queen and king. The breakfast was exceptional 👌 All staff were very friendly and kind, Ana and Willis were helpful.

However we did have some issues with our booking and reservations. We initially booked a King room w/walk-in shower from 2/26-3/2 at a discounted rate on Booking.com because we are rewards/loyalty members. Also are Hilton Honors members. Upon arrival we were informed that the king room was unavailable so we were placed in 2 bedroom queen w/walk-in shower. Attendant at desk told us to inquire about king room in a.m. until hopefully available before our 5 day stay was completed. So we did, but to no avail. Then Saturday morning we inquired with the Attendant at desk named "Char" , because we also noticed we were still booked under king room at that rooms rate, so there was a difference in price which was more than the dbl queen, she,(Char) was not only very, very rude, wouldn't answer any of our questions, kept asking if we had inquired every single day, couple times per day, we said yes and reasons why. I then just began to walk away to avoid any further conflict, she began yelling from desk at me saying "I'm not finished "Bitch", come back here. I just continued to walk away. Told my husband what happened and he tried talking to her in which she was also very rude to him. He tried calling general manager Maria Morales, no answer, probably being weekend, then called corporate. Told him whole situation, he provided us with a guests complaint #264930449, made complaint, spoke to "Char". He informed us that he apologized for the inconvenience and would compensate us/credit us a free night with also possible refund bc while we were speaking to him, "Char" canceled our initial reservation of 2/26-3/2, to 2/26-3/01 without telling us. So we had to rebook our last night, paying again , $110.43. Our complaint has not been resolved since and still are due to check out today. So that was very unprofessional and would really appreciate someone's help.

"I was disappointed I had no entertainment while on vacation."

The facility was nice it had a pool table and table games.

My television did not work, I spoke to receptionist but there was no one there to fix it. I was unable to watch television my entire stay. The message below stayed on there even when I went to the TV channel and not HDMI. I was disappointed that I had no entertainment.
