Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the great location.
Elevator situation was not ideal. Without a bit direction, one may get lost. Also the crowding at each elevator was not convenient.
It’s a beautiful property, but you can tell that quality products were not used in some ways. We had issues with our room and got changed several times and then downgraded. They did provide a refund for the price difference, but the overall inconvenience took three hours and we missed our reservation.
The hotel was beautiful there was only a few things that I would mention the bedspreads on our beds were really thin ,could of been thicker but our room was pretty. The pool water was a little chilly and while we were swimming cold water was being put in it. And lastly the drink prices were a little high but overall a good place to stay
Had the best stay here for my birthday weekend! The location is perfect—close and walkable to plenty of dining options. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated being able to check in early and check out late. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to many great eateries, bus and train. Staff was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Guests were the problem with our stay from the vomit in the hallway to the knock on my door at 3am asking to come in for $500. You get what you pay for.
The property was very clean throughout, the staff were helpful and it was right by the river walk.
