The views from our room were incredible!
Had a hard time showing in hot water. Very stingy on Toilet paper, only had a roll in the bathroom. Services were good.
Clean and great service. It was just annoying you have to take an elevator to 15th and then to our actual floor

Everyone with the exception of the black lady was nice. The older black lady was very rude. My cc was charged an additional amount of $221 outside of the deposit and payment. My bank notified me of a fraud alert. When I tried speaking with the older black lady at the front desk she brushed me off and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. Secondly, the tv channels did not work nor did the ac. It went from being very cold to very hot the reminder of my stay.
