In pieno centro a Goreme, suite silenziosa, comoda e con parcheggio privato. Bella terrazza per la colazione. Le mongolfiere passano proprio sopra l'albergo offrendo uno spettacolo favoloso.

Изключително много сме доволни от хотела. Персоналът беше много любезен, стаите бяха чисти и местоположението на хотела е на много удобно място. Горещо препоръчвам хотела на тези които имат намерение да посетят Кападокия.

We only have positive comments. The check in and check out was fast and accurate. Super helpful and friendly people at the reception. They carry your luggage to the room and at the end of the stay back to your car. They can negotiate a fair price for a balloon flight. Very good breakfast all with fresh profucts. Different egg preparations are no problem and come fast. Situated in downtown Göreme minutes away from plenty of restaurants and shops. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

1. Poor Staff Behavior: Unprofessional staff, including a yelling receptionist, provided rude and ineffective service. 2. Non-Refunded Room Cancellation: Hotel refused any refund for a canceled room despite its size and unpleasant smell. 3. Inadequate Facilities: Lack of an elevator to the breakfast terrace caused significant guest inconvenience. 4. Missing Toiletries: Rooms lacked essential amenities like dental kits, moisturizers, and shower caps. 5. Understaffed Reception: Single receptionist, when absent, locked doors, restricting guest access to leave. 6. Substandard Breakfast: Limited vegetarian options with expired Nutella served, consumed before warning. 7.Poor Dining Service: Receptionist provided disposable plates, no spoons, and left yelling with the door open. If you want an elaborated version please continue reading. Arrival and Room Cancellation Issue: We had booked 3 rooms and on the day of arrival we asked them to cancel one room as the room sizes were big. But even a partial refund wasn’t made. The 3rd room had a very stinking smell and hence we could not have lived there. The hotel’s claim about a fan issue was false as there was no fan in the room. Initial Hotel Observations: The services and behaviour of the staff is terrible. There was no elevator to travel to the terrace where the breakfast was held. Most of the toiletries like dental kit, moisturiser, shower cap were missing. There is only 1 person at the reception and when he leaves the doors of the reception are closed. Breakfast Incident: We are vegetarians leaving us with barely 2-3 options. Of which there was Nutella. I picked and ate it after which my mom saw it was expired. The staff barely understand English. The chef also could not understand what we said and hence my mom had to go to cook in the kitchen. Complaint to Management: As we complained regarding the Nutella incident and the issue to cancel the third room they asked to talk to our travel agent. We received an email quoting “The hotel has advised that no refund will be issued.” Room Cleaning Issue: Our rooms were not cleaned. When we asked the receptionist about it he started shouting at us that the key had to be given to them and that we had to ask them to clean it. We gave the keys to the receptionist and specifically asked him to clean the room. Dinner Service Issue: For dinner, we required plates to which the receptionist brought 3 disposable plates and no spoons. At asking about it he said they don’t have it and left the room with the door open yelling at us. Checkout and Final Breakfast Issue: We asked them to keep the breakfast ready by 7:30. Normally, the time is 7:30 but when we reached, we found no one in the room or even the kitchen. We were tired of the bad service and hence would strongly recommend you to not stay at this hotel. It is more of a home stay with even bad services. Do not ruin your holidays with this hotel just like we did.
