Çocuklu olarak gidip çok rahat ettiğimiz seyahat yerimizdi. Konumu çok güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltımızda bize lezzetli elleriyle hazırlık yapan Nurcan ablaya teşekkür ederiz. Güleryüzlü personelde bu seyahati daha güzel hale getirdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz 😊

The location of this hotel is wonderful! It is near the busy streets, close to the supermarket, and a 5-minute walk to the bus station. Yet, the hotel has its own parking area. Most importantly, the road leading to the parking area is not narrow (which is a problem within this place) and is indeed convenient. The rooms are really comfortable and clean, the bathroom is enormous! There is also a hot air balloon viewpoint on the roof of the hotel. The staff is really helpful. We had a flat tire situation during our journey. The staff went above and beyond. They spent lots of time and patiently helped us to communicate with the car rental company and made sure it was settled. If they didn't help us, it would have taken forever for us to solve the problem. This hotel gave us an amazing experience in Cappadocia. This hotel is highly recommended!

Bebekli bir aile olduğumuz için öncesinde beşik talep etmiştik ve tertemiz çarşaflarla bebeğimizin beşiği hazırlanmıştı .Otel bölgede gezilecek noktalara çok Yakın ,çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili .Terasta sabah saatlerinde balonları izlemek çok keyifliydi ,kahvaltı çok leziz ,çeşitler bol ve tertemizdi .Kısacası göçmüş rahatlığı ile tercih edilecek bir otel

Everything was wonderful. Specially the breakfast was awesome and compliment to the Cheff.

Everything was wonderful except the bathroom had strong cigarette smell.

The kit hen staff, although they are very very sweet and kind, they could not speak a word of English, we had to use a translator all the time

Staff was nice, accommodating, and very responsive. If they didn't know the answer to something, they made sure to make it their duty to figure it out or find someone. The morning breakfast was amazing. The lady chef, Nurcan was very sweet and she made sure to make our visit here even better with her 5 star service and cooking. She made sure to make something new every day and even ask for special requests which I've never experienced before Only con: - If you're going to multiple vacation destinations, keep in mind that the laundry is expensive. It was about $20 EUR per laundry load.

We did an early check in, the staff was very friendly and willing. The room was breathtaking, a natural cave with jacuzzi and hammam... Nothing else to say, we were speachless. Delicious Cappadocian breakfast (the lady is very sweet) and of course a beautiful terrace to see balloons. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, honest.... They treated us like its one family members. The room was very nice, big, clean well heated. The bathroom was amazing--ancient roman style, all marble, very large, with a whirlpool tub, giant shower with various adjustable water jets, and everything worked well. There were also two sinks and toiletries. breakfast good. i prefer sweet breakfast to savory. but all in all it was good. the cook, Mrs. Nurcan, treated us like her daughters. And, even though she doesn't speak English, and we don't speak Turkish, we understood each other with gestures and google translate.... :) we loved her and she always pampered us with great Turkish coffee! the location of the hotel fantastic, strategic. with all the stores, restaurants and bars and points of interest nearby. a special thanks goes to the girl at the front desk, Fatma, who took care of arranging all the excursions we chose. i will be forever grateful to her, especially for the hot air balloon ride. Many thanks also to Mr. Mehmet, who took care of making us sandwiches for our return trip. I mean, in context it was all fantastic, magical. I fell in love with Kapadokya.... with everything, from the landscapes, the people, the excursions, the impeccable organizations, the food ... everything! I will definitely go back there

the only note, or rather, suggestion I would make to the facility is that they should put dehumidifiers in the rooms, because in fact in the rooms, when you came back from outside, there was a little bit of a sauna effect. and the bed sheets and pillows and even the clothes felt a little damp. but again, it's a suggestion.
