Comfortable Mini-Appartment with a soft bed and a even a small kitchen.

Too warm with the window closed at night; too loud with it open. Otherwise quite comfortable.

Small apartment and with a view to another apartment. Check-in went wrong. The door wouldn't open and when I called the contact number they forwarded it to the email. I was able to get in and check in automatically because the one resident opened the door for me. They replied to me by email that the door was stuck. But this caused me a delay of 1 hour. I wonder if I had arrived late or on the weekend...

We had a corner room that had fabulous views of the mountains and lake. The location was good, close to the public pathway that circles the lake. We chose that to walk to the train station and it was easy. Thankful that the management provided detailed pictures of the location or we would never have found it.

Terribly large uncomfortable pillows. No additional bedding (such as a blanket) if you were to be cold. No coffee machine in the room, and the nearby markets only sell large bags of instant coffee. Side chairs to the table were uncomfortable.

Our room smelled of smoke when we entered. It didn‘t have any soap to wash your hands nor shower gel in the shower. This is the absolute bare minimum for me and unacceptable, especially for the value of the price. Plus bringing your own garbage bag outside

This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to.
