Great location / simple staff less checkin / clean / practical

I had to go and buy all the “essentials” for a 2 night stay (olive oil / kitchen roll / salt and pepper / bin bags / washing up liquid etc). Adding a few items costing a few euros would have made stay more convenient.

Complicated booking system. Too many rules and regulations. Difficult to find if visiting St Moritz for the first time. Too small to unpack two suitcases and nowhere to store them. Complicated entry system.

Over messages staff was very nice. Clean rooms, good closeness to shops and bus stops to the main city. Very near the beautiful lake. Kitchen had everything (except garbage bags).

Didn't provide garbage bags so whilst incredibly tired had to go downstairs to shop (that was the only one open) and buy a full roll for 13chf. For a hotel of this quality they should provide at least 1-2.

Excellent location, clean and modern facilities.

A garbage bag not being provided upon arrival was very inconvenient. It would have been a modest expense given the amount charged for the room and duration of stay.

Property is modern built, with bus stop, grocery story in walking distance.

1. The room has kitchen and cutleries but very less supporting items in the room. For example, an average airbnb as well provide salt, pepper, sugar, oil, kitchen tissues. Host asked us to buy garbage bag, which could have been easily provided. Any traveller do not travel with all these items and cannot buy in small quantities for 1-2 times usage. 2. Oven was provided in the room, but the settings display was set to non-english language. There was no manual provided. Display was just showing some pre-set programs. So, over could not be used at all. 3. The bathroom area has no door, only unlockable curtain. Not sure how many guests would like this idea. 4. TV in the room was smart TV, however it was not connected to internet, so in-built apps cannot be used. Other options to use TV, like Cast, though some IP-TV app, are not so easy and feasible. 5. There were no easy-to-find instructions on entrance that helped us to find where to go for the room. We could find arrow showing our room number only when reached that floor. Until then we just had to search and guess. 6. The lobby area is not pleasant at all, with bad smell, which could be from carpet. 7. The information email was received from host prior to check-in. In found the language use in it very rude, missing politeness. It was like instruction email sent by hostel warden to students.
