We reserved a king suite with a pull out couch and got a king room only with a dirty bathroom. We were still charged the suite price and told it was Expedias fault. We need a refund on this horrible stay!!!

Horrible experience. They charged us double. This hotel is nowhere near worth $300 per night. They took advantage that every hotel near the airport was booked due to the outage. The location of this hotel let’s not even talk about this. The staff was unprofessional

Location was perfect distance for family reunion . Breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly. We were able to get towels and trashbags without proving the need for them. Wish there was a pool. Overall, excellent stay. Will stay here when in Crosby everytime.
