Clean facility due to being remodeled.

The price of 163.00 plus a $20 which the hotel stated was fees by Booking.com it is cheaper to go through the hotel website which I will always now check with any hotel that I stay with. I was told that my bill was $103.00.

Clean rooms

We lost power ,no tv,no lamps the ac stayed on and the bathroom light was all the power we had. We thought it would come back on.

It was clean and good location

That you have too unhook from your trailer too park there and the staff was very unprofessional and rude

They booked the 2 rooms for me for tonights Early in the day. I messaged about it particular accommodations for my service animal. I also stopped looking for a room. Upon getting off work as a first responder during the hurricane, I had my children, my animals, and everyone home ready to go when I got off we loaded up. We moved over to the property and they were closed, They were still taking bookings, And no one has yet today to respond to any of my questions through the chat with the hotel. They also would not allow transfer to a different hotel in the same chain that was open and did have a room. I’ve yet received my money back or any communications. I spent that many many hours last minute finding something and I’ve had zero contact in regards to a follow up or an apology or my money…

The pillows in the room need to be upgraded. That’s the only thing that was a discomfort. Front Desk staff was friendly and I thank them for helping my child with the vending machines!!

Very clean, comfortable and peaceful

The comfortable bed was the best part of our stay.

To high priced for the overall accommodations.
