It was close to my family plus everything was in walking distance. I will stay again when in the area. Also I will recommend it to anyone I know.

The noise from the room above kept us awake all night. Call to the front desk to complain and it did not stop.

"It was short"

The location was great for where I was going was convenient and had plenty of parking for the hotel size

Upon arrival I wasn’t able to check in due to the system being down as I was told but once another employee walks in the system all of a sudden started working

Front desk was terrible. No effort to help the customers. Gentleman at the front desk said the system was updating. That it would take 31 mins. It was 2:29. Next shift got there at 2:55 and it worked perfectly fine. And gentlemen left in a hurry. Checking out, same gentleman was there and same thing. Why work in an establishment that requires customer service if you hate helping. Never again!

This is our 2nd time staying at Sleep Inn in Crosby and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st time. The room is always clean, beds and pillows are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious. We'll be back!
