O locație excelentă, personal amabil și piscinele exterioare foarte frumoase. Breakfast de nota 10!.

Curățenia pe balcoane nu mi-a plăcut! La piscinele exterioare trebuia montat cel puțin un ceas!

Hotelul este extrem de primitor, elegant! Camerele sunt elegante, frumoase, curate, iar noi de fiecare data revenim cu drag si ne simtim ca acasa (avem o camera preferata - camera 328) ! Personalul este foarte dragut, empatic si deosebit de primitor ! Servirea excelenta ! Micul dejun gustos, proaspat, diversificat ! Loc de parcare, zona spa deosebita (piscina cu apa sarata, piscina cu apa dulce, saunele, camera salina)! este superb din toate punctele de vedere ! Felicitari tuturor persoanelor implicate in buna functionare a hotelului Alma Health & Spa Retreat ! Nota 10 cu felicitari !

Nu exista ceva care sa nu imi placa.
