Really beautiful apartment with everything that you can possibly need. The facilities were amazing, the location was great. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious, well equipped and with luxurious touch. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and it was very convenient. The flat was really well isolated from the city noise as well as from the other rooms in the same building allowing for privacy and peace.

The front desk manager upon arrival was not very kind. We arrived about 2 hours prior to check-in and we got the explanation from him that the check-in will be possible after 3pm. We decided to take a walk after which we went back to the building about 10 minutes prior to 3pm. We could not manage to successfully open the front door with the code provided to us so we hit the call button on the display several times to ask for help. When eventually we were able to open the door and get inside we saw the receptionist pulling a face which we found not very professional. We asked just in case if the flat was ready and he started again to explain that the check-in is not allowed so early, but he will give us the key nevertheless (obviously the flat was ready and clean). Again we found this remark totally unnecessary and annoying. He continued with his passive-aggressive behavior by asking us how we were allowed to come to Spain when one of us could not give him a passport for the registration (travelling only with ID card as EU citizen). Thankfully, we forgot this experience quickly as all of the other personnel was very helpful and polite for the rest of our stay.

Very spacious apartments, high ceiling. Very pleasant. Very good noice isolation despite a busy town square, I normally wear earplugs but this was unnecessary.

Emplacement parfait, espace lumineux, large et bien agencé. Isolation phonique très appréciable, climatisation, cuisine très utile, accueil agréable. Literie très bien, chambre très agréable et très calme et également très facile à rendre bien sombre pour des réveils au bon moment.

Manque de tablette pour déposer affaires dans la salle de bain. Support de douchette pas assez stable et quelques soucis de serrure et de disponibilité d'eau mais ces deux derniers points étaient sûrement temporaires. Par contre la non disponibilité du spa nous a donné des regrets après les longues journées de marche dans Madrid.

Everything was great, large and comfortable space - every amenity was available including room service. Location is also great in a very vibrant and trendy neighborhood.

Fabulous apartment , well decorated, and everything you need .Great air conditioning in 35 degrees , very welcome in a city that compared to many , has a lot of un air conditioned places . Very helpful friendly staff .
