"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return."

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all major attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it a great base for exploring Madrid. The rooms are very small but exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast selection is satisfactory and offers enough variety to start the day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

As hotel guests, we believe that access to the pool should be better regulated, as the pool itself is very small and has limited capacity. We noticed that some visitors were wearing wristbands while we, as hotel guests, were not, which led us to assume that the pool may also be accessible to customers of the Tilda restaurant and bar located within the hotel. This further reduces the availability of the pool area for hotel guests. We also noticed that some guests reserve sunbeds as soon as the pool opens and then leave for most of the day. Given the already limited number of sunbeds, this creates unnecessary inconvenience for other guests. While this is primarily a matter of individual behavior, we believe the hotel staff should take a more active role in maintaining order and ensuring fair use of the pool area and its facilities.

"Super na city break"

Super hotel z małymi pokojami w których jest wszystko co potrzeba. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Basenik na dachu przy 33 stopniach robi robotę.Sniadania i kolacje bardzo dobre.Polecam na city break

La ubicación es excelente

Las habitaciones son excesivamente pequeñas, por lo que no resultaba cómodo pasar de un lado a otro, no sabía muy bien dónde abrir la maleta e incluso en el baño te chocabas con el lavamanos
