Akeah Hotel Gran Vía

The location, the design of the room and facilities. It's clean. Staff is nice and friendly, the breakfast and swimming pool

It's a shame that the swimming pool closes at 6pm

The Akeah hotel was ideal for us and in a great central location. We chose the hotel for the pool facilities and although we only had three nights here we used the pool every day. We did have a slight issue during our stay but was dealt with very professionally by Raquel on reception. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and approachable. It was easy to contact them using WhatsApp if I had any questions. Will definitely look to stay at the Akeah again if we were to visit Madrid.

There was nothing for us to dislike about the hotel.

My only complaint is the shower leaked a bit but I put a towel down and it wasn’t an issue. I didn’t use the pool because it looked very crowded but that’s natural in the peak of summer season.
