Beautiful property, great service (especially Christie in reception) and would recommend to anyone in Holbox

We were unfortunately with weather which affected some of the services/trips we could do.

Finally, this week, I got to experience the incredible hospitality, the exquisite design & the general laid-back & unpretentious luxe. Tout était parfait. Un emplacement incroyable et paisible. Un personnel aux petits soins. Une chambre magnifique et des activités incluses comme des cours de yoga. La nourriture y est aussi exceptionnelle. Je recommande !

Amazing location on the quiet part of the island, amazing design of the hotel recognizsed by Hotel Michelin Guide, very lovely staff, great room at Moon Temple - I think I liked it better then 'tree house accomodation ' we stayed in previously, quiet, chilled out, fantastic music & overall vibe. Hard to put ypur camera down type of the place :) One of our best hotels ever - if not the best one!

One of the waiters behaved quite inappropriately. When I declined a straw for my cocktail, he laughed and said, “Saving the world, right?” Throughout the service he was muttering under his breath and his overall attitude was distinctly out of line with the hospitality standards demonstrated by the rest of the FOH team. I have a feeling that food and cocktails were slightly better when we stayed there in April 2024.

Great hotel with a nice concept but few little things to improve such as breakfast or noise due to taxis at the entry. Restaurant is very good and service is good as well.
