Very nice staff and beautiful hotel

outdoor setting makes it impossible to enjoy : very agressive mosquitos and hotel not equipped against. Relentless flies and bees during meals and again hotel not equipped.

The location and accommodation are very good. Beware as they automatically charge a 15% gratuity to everything ordered at the restaurant but the service is not that great; one of the servers specially was rude, sarcastic and impatient. I won’t name names but I was not the only one not happy with his service during the time we were there.

The best place to stay and to visit in Holbox. Since we arrive from the day we left, everything was amazing, the brilliant Staff, the coolness of the place, the lots of details, the unique rooms, the sea ahead, the sunset... AMAZING days.

Tudo fantástico, desde os quartos as áreas de lazer e ao restaurante m. Excelente música ambiente. Pessoal super amável e sempre prontos a ajudar. Adoramos e voltaremos com certeza.

Very nice hotel, room and staff. A special thank you to Jedier and Naomi for their wonderful hospitality. I would just suggest offering more breakfast options beyond black coffee—at least including tea—without an additional charge for a hotel of this standard, and providing a more generous bread basket.

La struttura in generale è stupenda. Il modo in cui sono arredate la reception e l'area del ristorante combaciano perfettamente con il mood generale della struttura e lo staff molto disponibile rendono il soggiorno un'esperienza magnifica.

La camera sull'albero è stata stupenda ma le dimensioni della parte interna sono un po' sacrificate. Nonostante questo lievissima nota, sono estremamente soddisfatto della mia scelta.

This is the second time I stayed at Nomade Holbox.Astonishing in every way. Property is beautiful, service is great, food is amazing and all members of the team are polite, friendly and very kind. In particular we interact at La Popular with Andy, Daniela, Rey (love to joke with him), Yesi (head bartender), Cristy, Victor & chefs plus all the team at reception. Management does an impecable job and it is highly appreciated. From Mezcals on the beach at noon to fresh catch of the day at night while the best playlists in the World sound at the beat of wild birds under the moon light…This is DEVOLUXTION at its best.Total Bliss. Please refrain from booking here if u like all inclusive type of vacation, or loud music or big groups of friends or if mosquitoes bother you. This is a quiet natural environment suitable for those who want to chill within nature. Thank you all at Nomade. Will be back, again.
