Shore House at The Del, LXR Hotels & Resorts

I stayed at the Views and not at the Shore House but the Shore House valet Wyatt was very nice and helpful. My suitcase handle broke as well as a wheel was sticking. I had self parked and had a ankle issue. When I checked out he graciously drove me in the golf cart to my car and even put all my bags into my car. Very impressed with all the service at the hotel.

The Shore House was a fantastic place to stay with great amenities everywhere you look as well as the best service I’ve ever had from a team specifically the shore house greeters. Wyatt And Nick were constantly going above and beyond for us and we will definitely be back just to see them!

We LOVE coming to the Shore House a couple times a year for family fun--and relaxation. Best place ever! But most importantly, we truly love the staff there. They are top-notch!! Make you feel welcome the minute you step out of your car at the valet, and it continues as you walk through the front doors. And the servers at breakfast and poolside are nothing short of the fantastic, always on their A game!!! I typically don't leave reviews like this, but I had to after our most recent 2 week stay. Adrianna, we appreciate you more than you'll ever know! She knows our names, our kids' names, our friends, and best of all, she knows our traditional orders before we even sit down. Her professionalism is unmatched! Thank you for always going above and beyond!!

We recently spent a week at this resort this summer with the family. The stay was perfect, from the service to the resort accomodations. The location is right on the beach and access to all the amenities of the Del makes it a perfect place for an upscale family vacation. The attention to detail is on par withe best resorts we have stayed at both across the US and internationally.

We stayed at the Hotel Del Coronado for the 4th of July weekend with our family in the Shore House Villa. The beauty of the landscape and the property alone is breathtaking! Every staff person we met was courteous, professional, and helped to make our stay with family comfortable. Our server, Adrianna, was kind and provided us with excellent customer service every morning at breakfast. Nico, our attendant at the pool, also provided us with friendly customer service for our kids. Thanj you to Lorena who took care of straightening our room (and I did not catch the name of our other room attendant who came by the evenings to see if we needed anything). We highly recommend staying at the Hotel Del Coronado for any one looking for a wonderful "get away" experience. Thank you to Adrianna, Nico, Lorena, and the rest of the staff members for all of your hardwork to ensure that guests have a wonderful experience! We will see you again!!

Best place to stay with family. Nick from valet elevated the experience by giving us a ride into town to get some pizza. He remembered my family from last year. Made us feel like we were visiting family. Thanks nick.

Incredible amenities and first class service. Starts with Jason and Nick at the valet, and never stops to impress. Jason and Nick are everywhere and always lending a helping hand. How many valet guys do you know by name? For me it’s zero except for Jason and Nick. They are always friendly courteous and professional.

Repeat Customer and Family-Favorite Vacation Spot. This new Shore House property is THE best place to stay at The Hotel Del Coronado with the now FAMOUS and best ocean-view pool in Southern California. From the moment we pulled up to the private valet station to check-in, the friendly and welcoming staff make return visits at Shore House feel like coming home. We are bringing the entire family back in August, as there are activities for everyone (beach yoga, surfing, boogie boarding, boating, boutique shopping, Padres baseball games, and beach walk/running on the board walk); therefore, = happy family. For the last twenty years, we have brought our family to the Hotel Del and now with the Shore House property, we have a family room where we can visit as a family and play games. It’s always hard to decide the best month to visit, as our daughters learned to ice skate on the ocean-view ice rink many years ago over Thanksgiving break. Absolutely surreal and idyllic holiday experience, filled with memories of drinking hot chocolate, making s’mores, and having quality family time singing and sharing stories around our beach bonfires. If you are looking for the best price at Shore House, ask for rooms #5142/5144 (have ocean and bay views that aren’t advertised) where you can work or relax on the patio with your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. Can’t wait to go back in August.

The rooms are amazing and the staff was exceptional. The views of the ocean are great and the Shore House is very private.
